Buying the PRO version
If you buy the PRO version of one of our extensions
you get automatic updates in the Joomla!
backend for either a single or unlimited domains (depending on the selected license)
for one year (15 months on renewal).
You may still use the extension afterwards and
on unlimited websites, but benefit from the update
service only on the number of domains covered by the selected license.
Which licenses are available?
Single Domain
Get updates for one domain.
This can be a domain you own for personal or business use.
This can also be a domain you maintain, for example a customer if you are a web designer.
Unlimited Domains
Get updates on all domains you
own.
Example 1: You have a business that runs three websites (one to represent your business, one is an online shop, one is a blog). Additionally you are a member of a sports club (you do not really own this website, but as a member it is close enough). Then this license is the right one for you to get updates on these four websites.
Example 2: You run several blogs on different topics. With this license all your blogs can get updates for the ordered extension.
Unlimited Domains
Get updates on unlimited domains you maintain.
This license is meant for agencies, web designers, developers, that maintain customer websites.
Your agency's website is included.

Where do I find my Download Key?
If you bought a license for one of our extensions, you will get a download key to verify that you can receive updates. The key is sent via email after purchasing an update license.

Please enter the download key within the extension's options.
Enter your Download Key in Joomla! 4 and 5
Please enter the key in Joomla!s update manager: System → Update Sites → Click on the extension → enter key in "Download Key" field.
Where do I find my Renewal Code?
If your update license is going to expire, we will notify you per email. In this email you find your renewal code. Please enter the code when you purchase your license to get a 25% longer period for updates.
